This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered.
1. General Policy
All sales are final once a quotation is accepted and an invoice is issued.
Returns or refunds are only considered under specific circumstances outlined below.
Any request for return/refund must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of delivery.
2. Hardware & Equipment
Products may be eligible for return only if:
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The product delivered does not match the agreed specification or model.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Replacement will be provided where possible; refunds will be processed only if replacement is not feasible.
3. Software & Licensing
Software licenses (e.g., Microsoft, Symantec, Kaspersky, etc.) are non-refundable once activated.
Errors arising from misconfiguration or improper use are not eligible for return/refund.
Refunds for software will only be considered if:
The license key provided was invalid, or
The software failed to install due to supplier error.
4. Services & Consultancy
Service fees (consultancy, surveys, installation, configuration) are non-refundable once delivered.
If services were not delivered as agreed, SPL Systems & Support will make every effort to re-deliver or correct them at no additional cost.
5. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Most hardware products are covered under manufacturer warranty.
SPL Systems & Support facilitates warranty claims but final approval lies with the manufacturer.
Warranty terms vary depending on the brand and product.
6. Exclusions
No returns/refunds will be accepted for:
Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.
Customized orders specifically procured on client request.
Software or digital products already activated.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via bank transfer or the original payment method.
Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable.
